The World Turtle Trust (WTT) is greatly appreciative of your donation to help the world's endangered and threatened sea turtles. Following are the terms and conditions of your donation:

* Donations are non-refundable.

* The WTT is an all-volunteer organization. However, we do incur real costs in making our donation program work. Thus, all donations are subject to an administrative fee of 10 percent. This means that the WTT will forward 90 percent of the money you donate to the project you designate. The administrative fee pays for credit card fees (about 3 percent), phone and postage costs for communicating with the projects the WTT supports, and the operation and maintenance of our web site.

* The WTT makes every effort to determine the validity of the programs chosen for donations. However, the WTT is not responsible for how the projects actually perform. If the WTT determines that a project is not following WTT guidelines or is not performing in regards to turtle conservation, we will generally withhold funding until the project comes back in line with WTT's standards. In such an event, the WTT may reallocate all or a portion of your donation to another project of the WTT's choosing. The WTT reserves the right to completely drop a project at any time at its discretion.

* The projects funded by the WTT are not part of the WTT. They are separate and independent organizations and/or projects that are partially funded by the WTT through this web site.
